Understanding the Differences:
Wedding Designer: A wedding designer/wedding stylist is responsible for the overall look of your wedding. They take your design likes, your wedding needs and create visual elements that are coherent to the theme you want for your wedding.
Wedding Planner: A wedding planner is responsible for organizing your wedding. Most wedding planners do the actual booking of caterers, venues, music etc. all with the approval of the client. Depending on you level of service contracted with them, the wedding planner will assist you with finding the right venue and vendors. They will also coordinate all of your vendors into one cohesive team to make your wedding day a success. Most wedding planners also assist with budget creation and maintenance, wedding day timelines, seating arrangements and just about anything else that has to do with organizing and planning your wedding. They will usually act as the coordinator for the day of your wedding since they have assisted you with planning and organizing.
Wedding Coordinator: A wedding coordinator can coordinate the wedding event, but does not offer planning services. A wedding coordinator does not assist with any planning of the wedding. Their main responsibility is to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible the day of your wedding. They will be responsible for handling and organizing all of your vendors as well as any set-up only on your wedding day. They will also handle any type of clean-up or post-wedding duties needed. There are many uses of the titles “planner” and “coordinator” in reference to the same responsibilities but it is important to know that they are not the same. Each carries very different duties so be sure to ask a lot of questions so you hire the correct one. More importantly, know your wants and needs before choosing a designer, planner or coordinator.
Day of Coordinator: A Day of Coordinator is to oversee the day of your wedding. They guide you through your entrances and exits, they tell you when to cut the cake, they make sure you get to your get away vehicle, and they go home. They have vendor phone numbers and often work with your planner and/or coordinator so they are aware of the process of you wedding.
Onsite/In-house Planner: An onsite/in-house planner is typically only responsible for things that happen onsite and that are relative to the site and its staff and NOTHING else. Most weddings average anywhere from $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 and above. Many wedding consultants, planners, coordinators and such charge a percentage on average of 10% to 20% and above depending on your location and venue. This is on top of the total cost of your wedding from beginning to end. So in the end, if your wedding cost $30,000.00 and you are charged 20%, you will be paying out an additional $6,000.00.

BEAUTY: Destination Wedding Package. You will be supplied with three venue options along with location information, wedding venue package information, contact names, addresses, numbers, links and any additional information. $350.00 (Pricing may be adjusted due to special request)
BLISS: The Ultimate Destination Wedding Package. Your Destination Wedding is personally designed to your specifications. TWIG TRAVEL & EVENTS will prepare your Destination Wedding in accordance to your request with your venue and vendors along with consistant availabilty via email and phone with TWIG TRAVEL & EVENTS. You will receive extensive information on your completed Destination Wedding package, vendor information and all other needed information. You will also receive your contact names, numbers, your final "To-Do List" and any additional information available. This package allows couples to feel completely relaxed and able to enjoy their engagement with the knowing that their special day will be a beautiful start to the rest of their life together. $3,500.00* (Pricing may be adjusted due to special request)
Please note: Any changes that take place between you and the venue/vendors after TWIG TRAVEL & EVENTS delivers this package are the responsibility of you, the customer.
